As Associate Creative Director and Lead Designer at Downing, I’ve spearheaded a company-wide rebrand that redefined our visual identity across both digital and physical touchpoints. From redesigning multiple websites to reimagining our office space, I’ve ensured that every element of the brand feels cohesive, modern and aligned with our values. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, I’ve developed and delivered fresh, impactful design concepts that elevate our presence and connect with our audience.
I lead a talented design team, alongside agencies and freelancers, managing everything from high-level creative direction to hands-on production. I’ve storyboarded and produced brand videos from concept through final execution, while also overseeing all brand assets. Presenting the rebrand to our executive team and 200 person staff was a key milestone, and the results speak for themselves, with post-rebrand website engagement increasing by 157%. Every project reflects my commitment to creative excellence, strategic thinking and collaborative leadership.
